ElderMate is a distributed family care task-closure system developed by PARDPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD., a Canadian technology company committed to solving the "seen but forgotten" crisis in remote elder care.
Our Mission
Millions of adult children live far from their aging parents. Traditional health monitoring apps show a red dot on a pulse graph — and that's where they stop. The alert gets buried in a chat history, the follow-up never happens, and families are left with the illusion of safety.
We built ElderMate to close this gap. Our proprietary Task-Closure Architecture converts every health anomaly into an irrevocable action loop: once a threshold is crossed, a care task is created and distributed to all linked family members. It remains in a "Pending" state until a human caregiver explicitly confirms resolution. No alert is ever silently dismissed.
ElderMate operates on a 100% deterministic rule engine — no generative AI hallucinations in critical health decisions. We use AES-256 bank-grade encryption for all health data in transit and at rest, and we never sell personal health information to third parties.

PARDPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was originally incorporated in 2017 as PARD BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING LIMITED in British Columbia, Canada. The company rebranded to its current name on August 4, 2026, reflecting its strategic pivot from general consulting to dedicated health technology engineering.
Before ElderMate, our team delivered the Sodium-ion Flashlight project — a successfully crowdfunded hardware product that achieved 100% reward fulfillment. This experience at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and software development shaped our design philosophy: build with clarity, not complexity.
